Some of the interventions that I use include motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and some components of CBT and DBT.

• Humanistic Therapy: A positive approach to psychotherapy focusing on the whole person, their positive traits and behaviors. The person observes their own behavior in the present to identify their needs and work toward fulfilling their highest potential.
