Ross is honestly one of the few people I’ve ever connected with through therapy. I’ve been in and out of therapy for 20+ years, and it’s always difficult trying to find somebody that clicks. He challenges my beliefs and gives me new perspectives instead of making me feel like we’re following some kind of curriculum. Just a great person.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I loved talking with Ross, he actually listened, and I felt like a could tell him stuff that I couldn’t before, and he gives you a lot of good advice on how to help or fix your situation, 11/10
He’s an incredible guy with a lot of experience that isn’t afraid of reminding you that you’re human, which is one of the most important things to feel through therapy.
Very good man, listens to you and is wise
Ross is a great counselor. He helps me attack and support the progress of where I'm at every session. He leaves the window open for me to talk about whats bothering me each individual session we have. Which is great for me because I'm more of a person that has things come up and I react but he's helped me further my understanding of all situations I've been going through and helps me create the structure needed to push through any obstacles im facing. Hes definitely in the right field!
Ross is a great listener and provides great information knowledge and encouragement
