Denise has been great for me. She lets me talk when I have a lot to say and asks good questions without pressuring me when I am not feeling up to it.

Hi :-) I am an experienced licensed mental health provider and . I work from a holistic approach, to support your healing of mind, body and spirit. In addition to healing we will work toward feelings of gratitude, abundance and joy. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Great therapist
Denise has been great for me. She lets me talk when I have a lot to say and asks good questions without pressuring me when I am not feeling up to it.
I've been having counselling with Denise for several months now. Before having counselling I was extremely sceptical as to whether counselling would be right for me or does if even work....now I would recommend counselling to anyone that I thought needed it. The support and understanding Denise has given me as been invaluable. Denise has very much become a part of my life, I find my self thinking what would Denise say right now....
One month into my weekly sessions, the help I've had already has been invaluable. Feeling so much more positive.
I am really enjoying working with Denise. She is incredibly personable and authentic which makes this process a lot less intimidating. She also offers lots of different options to try and is very honest with her own experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Denise to other people thinking of trying this type of therapy for the first time
