I am dedicated to building on the strengths of my clients to provide a secure place to help guide them into the journey of recovery and healing. My therapeutic approach is flexible based on the needs of the client, and often include helping people utilize their inner strengths to increase self-awareness and incorporate healthy coping skills to improve the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. More importantly, my goal is to help you reach a place in your life where you will experience the highest possible state of emotional and physical well-being.

I offer challenging insight with compassion and practical solutions aimed at developing a new awareness and fulfilling life for my clients. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling.
