Dr. Riddle has been such a great help to me on my mental health journey. During my lowest, I never imagined it would be possible to be where I am now- happier, healthier, and much more mentally balanced. I’ve used this platform before, but Dr. Riddle has been the best therapist I’ve had the pleasure of working with because she truly listens. Dr. Riddle is the BEST therapist! I've been working with her for a year and she's been so great at making me feel heard and is so affirming even while challenging my views. She paces the session wonderfully and gives me so many resources like worksheets, affirmations, and strategies to help better my life. She's incredibly compassionate, kind, funny, and patient. I have always felt comfortable opening up to her, and that is because she does a great job in making it feel like a safe and comfortable space. Dr. Riddle has a way of making you feel like your talking to a lone time friend. She allows to you talk about what’s going on and you know she’s listening because she addresses every issue. She has given me tools to deal with situations when they come up and how to identify what I’m feeling and why.
