Where do I begin..? Jessica is beyond wonderful!!! When I first came to her I was a total mess! I reach goals with her and worked hard for the little time I had with her. Jessica is like a friend or a big sister when you talk to her. She makes you comfortable, she care and is open minded! She always checked up on you and make sure she available whenever you want to vent or talk.I’m much better compare to when I started never though that I would get over my difficult time. I’m bless that I’ve work with her!! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Jessica and I only worked together for a week. However, in that short space of time I felt like a lot was accomplished. She was able to quickly cut to the core of the issue, and offered highly valuable advice. Jessica was also highly understanding, and I felt comfortable and safe with opening up. Her advice has allowed me to see things in a more positive light, and I am now able to work on the things she suggested more effectively. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone facing anxiety, depression, spiritual attack, or anyone with parental issues. Her openness is valuable.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jessica is my first ever therapist and I am extremely happy with our sessions. She listens actively, and gives extremely good hindsight on my issues, she isn't judgemental at all, and I always feel safe to open up with her. Overall she is very relatable and just easy to talk to, and in the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I have already seen major changes! I would recommend her to anyone with self esteem issues, childhood trauma, anger issues and overall any issues that is holding you back from being your best self!

Jessica is #THATgirl. I've been toying with the idea of therapy for 2 years, not knowing where to start or if I'd be comfortable telling a stranger my problems. I've always dreamed of having a therapist who would completely understand me and make my voice feel important. I've only met with her 3 times, but in that small amount of time; she has provided me with a wealth of knowledge/wisdom. I look forward to working with her until I can stand on my own with the materials and methods that she is providing me with weekly. I am so glad that she was available to take me as a client. I feel comfortable, seen, and heard. I am able to talk with her without putting up boundaries that would get in the way of my coaching.
