She helped me a lot. And without her i don’t think i’d have been this healthy. I wouldn’t have been able to process a lot of trauma that eventually affected my day to day life.

New to therapy, Vanisha was amazing in quelling my fears, and was wonderful listener and a great support. I felt heard, seen and understood and was able to share some major challenges I had been facing over the years with her...at first timidly, but her demeanor enabled me to finally be vulnerable. Vanisha took her time in offering different perspectives and potential solutions for my anxiety. I would highly recommend Vanisha to anyone looking to dig deeper and identify root causes and attainable ways to address and work through them. I also appreciated that there were specific manageable assignments and that she shared scriptures for refreshment as I was open to them. This deep work has helped me significantly and I am thankful I began this process.
