Thomas always listens to me. He very passionate about helping his clients. He makes you feel safe to talk about anything that’s going on in your life or how you feel and never judges you. He just all around has a grate Spirit and always makes you feel safe and welcome to talk to him. He helps me to feel better by letting me vent to him and then giving me ways to cope or understand any situations I might have a lot better over all I give him 100 percent excellency.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Tom has a lot of experience in a number of areas of life. I have appreciated being able to go over a range of lifes difficulties without feeling like I would need to meet with multiple to get the support I need for different things. His communication and listening skills are unmatched to 5 other counselors I've had within a 15 year range. He has a great deal of empathy and understanding and is very easy to talk to. Reviewed September 2021

Tom is definitely the No.1 counselor in my opinion. Tom helped me realize what the real underlying problem was in such a safe and peaceful way. He was very open and kind while listening in a friend-like manner. The sessions weren't a one-way communication as I thought it would be. It's not just about speaking out about your problems and him providing the solution, that is. He really stands next to you at your level to just provide the tools and needed guidance so that you can "walk out the woods". With his help, I am myself again. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is lost or needs someone to talk to.

Reviewed July 2021

Thomas is an amazing counselor. He always makes me feel welcomed and relaxed. He also makes me feel comfortable being my self around him. He is just an awesome person.

Reviewed July 2021

Tom's broad range of experience and the way he can apply his learnings to so many situations has been so relieving and helpful. I've had a number of therapists throughout years and while they have all been helpful in some ways and area's I've found that many of them have strengths and weaknesses of area's that become apparent and wishing you had someone else to visit with when some particulars come up. I've yet to find such with Tom. Tom has a very calm tone and inviting personality that makes him easy to talk to which is paramount when you are looking for help . His knowledge and expertise shine through in his responses. He's timely and explorative without leaving you feeling probed or not understood but rather that when you are discussing things with you he's truly invested and wants to understand exactly how you are experiencing something not just relying on assumption of correctness. His compassion and empathy are invaluable in making you feel supported. While he obviously takes his craft seriously his heart is light and he's good for a laugh and smile as well.

Reviewed April 2021

He is very empathetic and a good listener. I felt very confident discussing my problems with him.

Reviewed March 2021

Thomas Stewart has been very helpful. We appreciate his careful understanding of our family dynamics. Also, his appreciation of the difficulties patenting children in the pandemic public school system. We’re working as a family to stay strong and engage/spend time together in the most positive ways.

Reviewed March 2021

I'd 100% recommend Thomas to friends if it didn't mean we then had the same counselor. But a 5 star review for anyone else wondering!
