Love this guy so much. I’ve never gotten much out of therapy or looked forward to my appointments until I met him. I get so much out of our phone sessions but sometimes I wish we could chat over video. Not a big deal at all though!

Thank you for checking my profile. Congratulations for getting this far in reaching out to a stranger for help. It's never easy. I know from personal experience.

I have been a Social Worker for 34 years. I love being able to help people make the changes they know they need to make. If you don't know what changes you need to make, that may be where we start. We all have a part of ourselves that knows what we need to do or how we need to be. Part of a therapist's job is to help you find that part of yourself and give it a voice.

I have seen and heard it all in my time as a therapist. So, have no concerns about sharing information with me, whenever you feel comfortable. We will start from where you are. You are in the perfect place to take the next step on your way to a better life. Remember that the perfect human does not exist. We are all working to make progress, not to become perfect.

I have worked in outpatient and inpatient mental health centers for years. I recently retired from teaching Social Work and Healthcare Management at a local 4-year college. I have also worked in Hospice and Home Health for many years. The type of sessions we have will be based on your needs. Every client is different. I look forward to hearing from you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

He’s cool calm and collected, I’d recommend him. He has a lot of life experience to reference, which helps me understand my own situations. He even responds to my journal entries, which I appreciate. He is respectful and seems to truly wish the best for others. Most of all, he listens to what you have to say and understands. His ability to process incoming dialogue and return tailored responses is outstanding.

He gave me specific advice and listened intently to my concerns; he was very empathetic and helpful; I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a kind, non-judgmental counselor with excellent listening skills and positive feedback. I genuinely felt Dr. Chustz cared about my problem,, and I appreciated talking to an objective counselor.

Laid back style, humorous, good practical advice and assistance with immediate issues. Lets me run the topics but keeps me on track when i start to wander too far. I dont find him as challenging or diagnostically/treatment focused as other mental health providers i have seen over the years, but I do feel BETTER and more in control of my life after a session.
