Love this guy so much. I’ve never gotten much out of therapy or looked forward to my appointments until I met him. I get so much out of our phone sessions but sometimes I wish we could chat over video. Not a big deal at all though!

Thank you for checking my profile. Congratulations for getting this far in reaching out to a stranger for help. It's never easy. I know from personal experience.
I have been a Social Worker for 34 years. I love being able to help people make the changes they know they need to make. If you don't know what changes you need to make, that may be where we start. We all have a part of ourselves that knows what we need to do or how we need to be. Part of a therapist's job is to help you find that part of yourself and give it a voice.
I have seen and heard it all in my time as a therapist. So, have no concerns about sharing information with me, whenever you feel comfortable. We will start from where you are. You are in the perfect place to take the next step on your way to a better life. Remember that the perfect human does not exist. We are all working to make progress, not to become perfect.
I have worked in outpatient and inpatient mental health centers for years. I recently retired from teaching Social Work and Healthcare Management at a local 4-year college. I have also worked in Hospice and Home Health for many years. The type of sessions we have will be based on your needs. Every client is different. I look forward to hearing from you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Love this guy so much. I’ve never gotten much out of therapy or looked forward to my appointments until I met him. I get so much out of our phone sessions but sometimes I wish we could chat over video. Not a big deal at all though!
Dr Chustz helped me get through a lot this year. A breakup, a loss and a new career. Helped keep me confident and grounded throughout. Looking forward to continuing with him as time goes on. Highly recommend
I loved my former therapist but would often feel lousy about "needing" to go to therapy. Big shift with Dr. Chustz - I "WANT" to go to therapy every week. Feels great, man!
Dr. Chustz has helped me tremendously on my life journey. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great listener and has valuable advice
Great therapist with a lot of experience!
Great therapist! Helped me a lot!
He’s cool calm and collected, I’d recommend him. He has a lot of life experience to reference, which helps me understand my own situations. He even responds to my journal entries, which I appreciate. He is respectful and seems to truly wish the best for others. Most of all, he listens to what you have to say and understands. His ability to process incoming dialogue and return tailored responses is outstanding.
Love him.
He has a very calming presence and I feel as if I can speak to him about anything.
Dr. Chustz is a professional and experienced therapist. Our sessions in the past few month was extremely helpful. I highly recommend him.

I believe he is an expert and his suggestions are valuable
He’s a great Dr
Dr. Chustz has provided me with the necessary support and asked questions that have helped pinpoint deeper sources of discontent.
I have been meeting with Dr. Chustz for almost a month now, and he has been an incredibly important part of my grieving process over my mom’s recent passing. His warmth, wisdom, honesty and grace is a gift to his clients, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
I really appreciated Dr.; Chustz' help with my ongoing problem. He gave me specific advice and listened intently to my concerns; he was very empathetic and helpful; I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a kind, non-judgmental counselor with excellent listening skills and positive feedback. I genuinely felt Dr. Chustz cared about my problem,, and I appreciated talking to an objective counselor.
Laid back style, humorous, good practical advice and assistance with immediate issues. Lets me run the topics but keeps me on track when i start to wander too far. I dont find him as challenging or diagnostically/treatment focused as other mental health providers i have seen over the years, but I do feel BETTER and more in control of my life after a session.
I have gained so much from only a few sessions so far with Mark. He is caring but also able to give me honest feedback/observations that have really been helpful for me to hear. He has a good sense of humor which is always a plus.
Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable, relatable and and a great listener. Can explain things clearly and is compassionate.
He’s amazing! Listens and gives great advice! Helps me dig deeper in my problems to find resolutions of my own. No judgement, very genuine! Highly recommend!
