Ron is personable. He’s easy to talk to. He listens and is very sensitive when he asks questions. Never presses, asks clarification or follow-up but always ensured he respects boundaries. He’s a breath of fresh air
I have always been apprehensive about therapy for a few reasons. One being that I have always had a strong sense of independence. However, I felt that I came to a point where it was absolutely needed. I have only been doing this for 3 weeks and it’s been quite transformative and pivotal for me and my life even in this short time. I recommend not only this app but my therapist. I feel understood, heard, respected and as though it’s not a therapy appointment. It feels like you’re talking to a friend but without judgement which was one of my greatest fears and one of the reasons I held back. Not to mention works in terms of schedule and cost. 10/10 am overjoyed with this entire experience!
Ron is utterly professional and experienced. He listens well, takes notes, remembers what I said from one session to the next, asks the right questions, provides a reality check when necessary and a framework to put my situation in perspective. He is gentle, kind and keeps me on track. I have made real progress in the six months or so I've been "working" with Ron. There is real feedback and a real conversation, which are so often lacking in counseling relationships.
