Laura is amazing. I have had 2 therapist before and she really takes the time to listen to what I’m saying and helps me see where I can fix a problem or how to over come the emotion I’m feeling. She sends me amazing examples and has given me more ways to deal with stress and feeling sad then I’ve ever been given before. She sends me awesome reading material that I actually want to read because she has taken the time to highlight why I should read it, not just handing me something and saying go read this. I feel like she is actually listening to my feelings and lets me express my feelings and always has a way of helping me find the words when I can’t. She doesn’t judge and and shows so much empathy, you can tell she really cares. She celebrates my highs as if we’ve known each other a long time and is a comforting voice in the lows.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
