I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Chaplin for almost two years now. I can’t say enough good things about this experience!! When there is something I need to work on in my own time she gives me information on breathing exercises and learning about boundaries. It’s been a very eye opening experience!!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've been seeing Dr. Chalpin for 3-4 months now and she has been utterly amazing in helping me find myself again. I still have a considerable amount of work to do but the path has become much clearer after my sessions with Dr. Chalpin. She's helped me identify the root causes of my distress and offered me a forum to think deeply about them each week. She proactively checks in on me and lets me know she is thinking of me which truly means a lot. She demonstrates tremendous empathy and I look forward to every opportunity we have to chat. It's impossible to convey the depth of my gratitude to her.

I’ve had my share of therapy over the years. Without a doubt, she is by far the best therapist I have ever had. She helps me figure out things I can do to help myself. Nobody has ever done that for me before. Therapy has always been me just talking with almost no feedback, until BetterHelp. Gay cares, you can feel it. She’s amazing! I’m so thankful! I feel like I’m really helping myself this time, not just sitting around marinating in my own misery.
