So good so far. He listens and helps me

Reviewed July 2021

I’m in such a better place then I was a year ago. His knowledge in what I am struggling with was vast and he gave me the space to laugh and cry, yet also grow and not be shackled by the past. Circumstances have not changed drastically for me but my mindset has; thank you John.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

My discussions with John have helped me in ways beyond words. He is a great listener, and give insightful dialogue that is impactful and relevant. I was in a bit of an anxious and transitional period recently that was only compounded by the stresses of my own problems, and John helped me navigate through it. I highly recommend his counsel.

Make me feel heard

Reviewed February 2023

Beginning this experience I would never tell my family I’m seeking therapy. I do not have anything wrong in my life but I needed help to motivate me where I actually wanted to be. Have I not only openly talked about therapy to friends I am planning on telling my family this week. I am not sure what John helped me with but I can confidently say “I am more in control of my life today then I was when I started my sessions with him”.
