Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is very helpful in this process.

Reviewed February 2023

She is the first therapist I’ve found that wasn’t interested in diagnosing me. She just cares about working me through the current issues, and providing tips for wellness going forward. Christina is a wonderful human being.

Reviewed August 2022

MY therapist has been very open and attentive and extremely understanding. She has really helped me get through some tough times and I have had a great experience with her so far!

Reviewed August 2022

Makes me feel understood and helps me see perspectives I hadn't previously thought of.

Reviewed July 2022

She is everything I wished I had gotten from therapy when I was younger. She isn’t there to tell me what I should be doing, or when to do it, she’s just there to listen and help me work through the weeds of my mind. I love her and highly recommend her.

Reviewed April 2022

Thus far she has been great. Though the response times can be a little off, that's not really her fault. What with the current goings-on in the world and holidays, I'm sure! But, She's been kind, understanding, and feels supportive and willing to help. At the end of the day, just feeling like someone's there and genuinely cares makes things feel easier. I can't complain about her at all.

Christina immediately helped me to feel understood and introduced strategies that are relevant in my every day life! I’m so grateful to her.

Reviewed September 2021

Christina is very open and attentive. Not only is she a good listener but she hears you and understands you. And whatever she does not understand she gives you space to explain your needs, feelings and experience.

Reviewed March 2021

Christina is great. She keeps our sessions approachable while listening and guiding me with practical ways to manage my anxiety and depression

Reviewed March 2021

Working with Christina has been incredibly helpful in addressing my anxiety and depression! Talking was very easy, and didn’t feel heavy (and if you have any experience with therapy that’s often the case), even when discussing past trauma. She has helped me recognise and address my needs, see difficult situations objectively and manage how I feel - there is a long way to go, but I’m finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
