Amie has helped me on so many issues over the last few years. She helped me get through covid and having someone to talk to about tough subjects during that time was invaluable. She is always accommodating to my needs of appointment times and our sessions are often light and fun. I can't recommend Amie more highly.

Amie is the best! I’ve been her client for over a year, and I would recommend her to my friends if it wasn’t a conflict of interest. She is well-informed, knows the best practices, has a sense of humor, and so compassionate. She’s a treasure!!

Dealing with waiting for a heart transplant and many other issues that come with it, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Amie is gentle in her approach and has given me such sound advice and techniques to help me cope. I wish I did this sooner, but extremely grateful I got paired up with her.

I've worked with Amie for several months dealing with sever depression and other mental health issues as I have bipolar disorder 2, as well as some issues in my personal life that needed to be sorted out. From day 1, she was super professional, super helpful and extremely kind. English isn't my first language, though she always was patient with me trying to convey and describe something I'm going through and never had an issue with her not giving me the space and time. Now I'm doing GREAT and I felt the need to post this as she had a huge impact on me during my tough journey. I remember being hesitant in my first session so I chose live-messaging. Yet once I tried talking to her on the phone, all the anxiety and hesitation faded away as she is kind, optimistic and understanding. I highly recommend her!

Attentive and a great listener, Amie is cheerful and positive bringing wonderful feedback and helping me understand and guide me on my emotional needs and well being. We have done different types of exercises and she has also sent me some amazing articles and videos on different issues/ideas/themes circling my life during periods of time. I appreciate how flexible she is and how we can discuss and find a time together, and she puts my needs first in all situations

Reviewed April 2022

I have been working with Amie for a few months now and after an initial struggle to work out a regularly scheduled session time each week, we have settled in nicely and I have really appreciated her input. Amie is a very good listener and gives me plenty of room to talk when I need to. She asks thoughtful questions that encourage me to think and dive deeper in my journey. I never feel pressured to talk, but more compelled to share since I feeling the more she knows, the better she can help me help myself. I also never feel judged when I share what I feel could be I formation that people could find questionable. My comfort level with her is high and I appreciate her background which includes experience with some of the issues I am facing.
