Sally has greatly helped me process, and better understand, my-sometimes crippling anxiety. Pinpointing feelings and variations of my anxieties, and accompanying symptoms, have greatly helped me in how I approach daily life. Immensely thankful for her counseling, and guidance, in understanding the many facets of anxiety.
