Mrs. Kimberly Robison helped me realize that I did not do self-care for myself. I had forgotten how important it is to take time for yourself. I have a lot of responsibilities, and she helped me put my life in perspective by helping me realize that I am the priority in my life. Without taking care of myself I am unable to care for anyone else. She is an excellent therapist and an understanding person who explains ways to cope with daily struggles that seem too hard to handle. I cannot stress how much she has already helped me in my first two sessions.

She is AMAZING!!! I tried therapy before but was not close to being helpful as much as she has helped me. She has made in impact in my life that I will forever be thankful for. Continue doing what you do best so you can help people like me who has a hard time managing life because you don’t know how much positivity you have brought in my life.

More about Kimberly

  • LCSW

Life can often be difficult, causing individuals to feel lonely and overwhelmed. Many of my clients begin therapy because they are struggling with an emotional void and they are wondering how to live their best life. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, strength based and solution focused. The strong therapeutic relationship I work to cultivate is often the catalyst for my clients to become more self aware, insightful and in control of their life.

I have over 22 years experience working with adults, children and families. It has been an honor to work side by side with and guide clients through challenges that seem impossible to overcome, including depression, anxiety, grief, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, substance use and unhealthy family dynamics.

It would be a privilege to help you to discover your inherent strengths so you can begin to feel better about yourself and your life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
