I originally started my career as a musician and then fell into social work for my masters. I have spent the majority of my time working with youth and adolescents and LGBTQ groups, but many issues have universality. Brayton has been a great fit for me even though I’ve already had a lot of therapy in the past, and I’m so glad to find someone like that on the platform. If you’re struggling with this, Brayton might be a good person to try meeting with. He’s straight forward in a way that works really well for me, and gives excellent guidance. An example is that I was taking some time off after a particularly stressful period and talking about what I’m going to do with it. He was like “or, you could just do nothing.” It seems obvious now but I needed someone to say it, and I think that’s a lot of what therapy can be for people.
