I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York. I have 5 years of experience in the field, working primarily with teens and families in both community and in-patient settings.

I believe that therapy is an active partnership and because of that I do not work harder than my clients. I distribute my attention and support so that it is heavier in the beginning of the treatment process. My support will naturally and gradually wane as my clients learn, practice, and master new skills to support themselves. I hold my clients accountable to being an active part of the process—the more energy they invest, the more rewarding the outcome will be!
