As a long time individual effected by mental health challenges, Stephanie is hands down one of the best and most critical components of my healing. She’s patient, kind, understanding, and empathetic to the impact of these conditions in my life. I’ve tried various forms of therapy in the past, and the progress I’ve made with Stephanie and BetterHelp has given me hope that I can heal, and the confidence to believe that my story still has many chapters to be written. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Stephanie immediately made me comfortable and I never feel judged or scared to be honest and open with her. She genuinely cares about what I’m saying and is very cognizant of how to deliver her advice in the best manner. I recommend!

Stephanie is the best therapist I’ve ever had and is not only a wonderful confidant but she always retains all of my information, encourages me no matter what and keeps me on track to manage my anxiety expertly!

Reviewed June 2022

Stephanie is so easy to get along with. It felt like talking to a friend (who wasn’t biased and was a licensed therapist with formal education). I could just talk about my day to day troubles or dive into my past traumas during the sessions. I felt validated and I walked away with actual tools to help me. It’s different seeing self help on the internet vs having someone who is trained in the field guiding you. I only spent two or so months with her but she has helped me make milestones of progress on things I’ve been struggling with for basically my whole life. I unfortunately couldn’t keep up with the price of Better Help and my work schedule was conflicting. Stephanie was my first therapist and definitely wont ever forget her and how much she has helped me.
