Amy is an excellent therapist - engaged, supportive, and compassionate. She has the calming presence of someone who's a cross between a trusted friend, wise older sister, and that lovely aunt who cheers you up and sends you clippings about things you should read. I appreciate how she follows up on our sessions by sharing helpful resources afterwards (even though I need to get better about using them!). I'm thankful for how she'd helped to guide me toward identifying key concerns amid the swirl of random preoccupations that I generally have to keep at bay. And I'm glad for the ways she's provided accountability regarding what to keep in mind, which is helpful as I often struggle with discerning and maintaining priorities.
