Very kind and compassionate, non judgemental and sincere. Could use more suggestions to work on dealing with my anxiety and depression, maybe more specific to my circumstances than general suggestions.

Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin with two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy. I also have several years of experience providing support to people with severe and persistent mental health challenges. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, medical concerns and disabilities, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, and difficulties with substance use.

I approach the people I work with from a place of non judgement and compassion. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key in the journey of self-acceptance and healing, and I would be privileged to work to build a therapeutic rapport with you. When we have a trusted outlet to discuss our emotions openly and honestly, we are able to gain insight into ourselves and our relationships and choices. Through a cognitive behavioral and solutions focused lens, I will tailor my treatment approach to you based on your unique needs and preferences.

It's not easy to reach out when we need help and additional support. I'm so glad that you took that difficult first step towards change. I'm here to support you on your unique journey. I am strong believer that everyone already has the tools necessary to build a happier life, we just need a little support to use them sometimes-- and there is no shame in that.
