Greetings!
I am committed to providing a comfortable, culturally sensitive, non-judgmental counseling experience to anyone who may be struggling with life's challenges and demands. While presenting issues may include academics, anger management, sexuality, substance use, sports performance, stress, or family dynamics; I will provide a non-judgmental space in which to explore any and all related concerns. Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lisa is a great listener and always provides useful and applicable ideas to address my concerns. I would recommend her 100%!
Lisa has given me many ideas to think about. I greatly appreciate her expertise.
Lisa is a caring, thoughtful therapist. She listens to what my concerns are and gives me actionable steps that help me feel a bit more in control. Her suggestions always seem to come from a place of kindness and compassion.
Elizabeth is an excellent therapist. I have learned so much from her. Her support has given me the knowledge and courage to face my challenges with confidence.
Lisa is the best! Through out our time together she has listened, encouraged me, and challenged me to think outside the box. I appreciate that she is always supportive, and intentional. From our very first session, I knew that she cared. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Since my time with Lisa, I’ve felt like I’ve been more inclined to look at the positive side of things. I’ve learned to not hang on to everything people say to me. My relationship has improved with my spouse. We had gone from being separated and unsure of what we wanted to agreeing and “arguing” nicely. We hardly have substantial arguments anymore. She definitely gives you a different perspective and will call you out when you need it. I really can’t thank her enough.
Amazing! Couldn't ask for a better person to support me!
Lisa has been a overall blessing. I was an absolute mess with plenty of issues and she really took the time to get to know me to help me the best way possible. She allows you to make you’re own choices but will always provide amazingly insightful responses and advice. I genuinely look forward to EVERY session we’ve ever had, no matter the subject matter
I have appreciated all of the extras that Lisa has provided including relevant articles and assignments that support the issues we are discussing.
What I needed most from therapy is guidance, encouragement, support, and a gentle but firm hand in unlearning some things and re-learning others. Lisa has provided all of those things. I feel seen, supported, challenged, and celebrated in every session. I walk away each week feeling empowered to continue the work. Im grateful every day for Lisa and her expertise and the work she has done with me.
Lisa is a wonderful listener and gives just the right amount of therapy “homework” for me.
Best therapist that I ever had. She reads my mind and really helps me to think things through it.
Lisa is a wonderful addition to have as a resource for recovering solutions and moving forward in life. Her compassion provides me a safe and trusting atmosphere that creates the space needed to Process through some tough and uncomfortable circumstances that I felt stuck in. She’s authentic and a pure joy.
Lisa has from the start been a caring and reliable shoulder to lean on when I need it and with her help I've seen tremendous growth in myself over the past few months.
Lisa's counsel has helped me through the hardest point of my life. She has given me hope and is helping me to get my life back. I can't recommend and thank her enough.
