I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Oregon with over 7 years of experience working as a medical family therapist. I have worked with an array of clients with a wide range of presenting problems including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relational distress, and adjustment as well as clients dealing with chronic illness.

As a family therapist, I am dedicated to facilitate positive change by exploring the client’s story within their context, interactions, and relationships. My personal values of compassion, care, and respect are fundamental in my practice. I employ a collaborative approach with strong reliance on cognitive-behavioral and biopsychosocial spiritual treatment modalities.

I believe we can narrow down what you desire to address and set some simple, realistic goals so you can feel connected to your core values and positive beliefs again. Are you ready to take some steps towards change? It is a privilege to work with you and offer support during this process.

I look forward to hearing from you!
