Hi! My name is Kelsey Haymond and I would love the opportunity to work with you.
Life can be difficult at times and leave you feeling stuck. My hope is that I will be able to help you through times like these. The best way to describe my approach is client centered; meaning, it is important for me to develop a genuine relationship where you feel safe to open up, no judgment, and validated. Our therapeutic journey will involve a safe space to share thoughts and feelings, hope, empowerment, self-exploration, growth promoting experiences, work outside of therapy, and I will try to throw in some fun and laughter along the way. It is also important to me that we work on what you want to work on. Early in the process we will determine goals and most of our work with be centered on those.
I have worked as a therapist for 4 years and love what I do. I have experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, relationship struggles, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Therapeutic theories in which I have had training and experience are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. Techniques I use will be based on the individual and their needs.
On a personal note, I love spending time with my new baby girl and husband, biking, yoga, basketball, volleyball, and ATVing.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Kelsey has saved my life & I’m forever grateful to her. She cares & creates a safe place to be me.
I love working with Kelsey so much! She is the best!
Kelsey is so warm and welcoming. She pushes you to grow while also helping you along that path with gentleness and care. She is very knowledgeable.
Kelsey’s expertise definitely shows during every session. She won’t stop with only 1 way to handle a situation but will give you a variety of ways and strategies. The simple techniques I learned from her have helped mitigate complex situations. I found the positivity and confidence I lost when I started working with her.
Life changing. She has helped me become the best version of me. I will be forever grateful.
Kelsey is absolutely amazing! She has helped me work through a lot of difficult life events and also as a result has helped me become a better person overall. I can’t thank her enough, she’s been an incredible therapist, sounding board, listener, and I love that she is willing to involve my faith in my therapy! I would recommend her to everyone (although I’m not giving her up any time soon so y’all are going to have to wait in line haha).
Kelsey has been an amazing light in my life through some incredibly difficult times. She has helped me so much to grow as a person and to break through what had previously been impenetrable blocks in my life. I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her the past few years, and will always remember how much grace, kindness, strength, and humor she shared with me.
She is one of the best professionals I have ever worked with in my entire life. She is incredible in every way. She had truly assisted me with my mental health & I am forever thankful to her for it.
Kelsey has provided me the tools and skills to heal, learn, and process all that I encounter. I’m so thankful to her.
Kelsey has made a huge impact on my life and has helped me find clarity in many aspects. She is amazing and cares about my overall well-being. I honestly can say my life has improved 100x since I started working with Kelsey, and it was all through small mindset changes. I really appreciate all that she has done for me!
Kelsey has changed my life for the better! I will be forever grateful for her.
Kelsey has been such a great support while I’ve gone through some challenges. Every phone session I’ve had with her has been helpful and insightful. The homework she’s given me has given me opportunities to put into practice new tools each week. I’ve enjoyed my time with Kelsey and I’ve gained clarity, mental strength and confidence working with her. I highly recommend counseling with Kelsey.
Kelsey is absolutely amazing! This has been my first time in therapy but because of my experience, I recommend better help and any therapy to everyone. Everyone is hurt or broken and therapy helps you to put the pieces back together. I can't imagine my life without Kelsey and she has truly helped me out of some dark places and shown me how to love myself.
Kelsey is amazing! She is a great listener and makes me feel like every concern and struggle I have are valid, then helps me plan out steps that are actually doable to improve my life. Honestly, in the few short months I’ve worked with her I’ve seen crazy improvements with my anxiety and depression, as well as my overall day to day life. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to work with.
Kelsey is AWESOME! She is so open and kind while also pushing me and helping me get to a better place. I appreciate her dedication, knowledge, and support in working through problems and helping me find strength.
Kelsey has been helpful and intuitive in giving me the advice and references she’s given me. She listens and is very knowledgeable. She recommended books and videos which were very helpful in the goals I had set and I owe her a big thanks in helping me communicate better with my loved ones, being better to myself and putting things in perspective. I would recommend Kelsey to any friend or family member. She’s wonderful!
She’s awesome! I have talked about more in 2 sessions with Kelsey than I have with any other therapist, even ones I had seen for over a year!!
