Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is helpful, but my situation is different. I am trying to heed the advice, but it's hard.
Rebecca is very supporting, understanding and positive.
She knows her stuff! She just has a way of helping you find answers within yourself that you weren’t necessarily aware of. She knows how to ask the right questions. I love the fact that she gives you homework/worksheets/ questionnaires to complete. Its informative and helpful
Rebecca is a great listener and supporter. Looking forward to working with her
Although we have only had a couple sessions over the phone, Rebecca has asked me questions that I may not have been able to answer at the time, but I write down notes and then go back over them and find a lot of information that I then research. I am a slightly different patient in that way. For instance, she wants me to journal. So, I spent an entire afternoon online choosing the best prompts, not only for my anxiety, but for my self esteem, depression and emotional intelligence. Due to her advice, I now have 10 pages of prompts printed and answer them randomly. I am happy with my choice to go with Rebecca!
Rebecca is so good, I highly recommend her. So reliable and knowledgable. Love her!!
Rebecca is always there to answer my messages in a timely manner. Would recommend her to all
She is always so professional. I know I can be a cry baby but I don’t feel judged by her. She makes a point to send me encouraging messages and sometimes it is exactly what I need to hear. And I have told my boss and parents what a nice smile she has and it makes you feel like you are in a safe place. At times I think she has saved me. I feel extremely lucky to have been given her as a therapist.
My therapist is ready with both insight and compassion. She is wonderful for me to continue my healing journey.
Ms. Jarrell is a sympathetic (warm and accepting) and insightful therapist. I feel I can talk to her about all aspects of my life which is key to deriving the best outcome from a therapist. She never gets defensive if I think she misunderstands something I have said and thus, I can clarify, and we can quickly get on the same page. She listens well and her comments and suggestions go right to the core of the matter. She provides helpful, practical guidance in handling interpersonal problems I have with my spouse, family members, and friends. She is also encouraging and helpful in keeping me on track with my personal goals and aspirations.
Rebecca is helping me recognize how to respond in moments of what I perceive as, uncontrolled anxiety which leads to anger. She has really helped me with the tools to survive the moment without conflict with others.
Rebecca is very engaged in what I have to say. She gives me time to think and direct response.
Rebecca was assigned to me as my Therapist. I am happy to have her to listen to me. She is very good at what she does. I do enjoy the sessions we had. I would definitely recommend her. Rebecca has been very, very helpful in making me realise what I actually wanted in my personal life. I have been known Rebecca now for well over a year, and I am so happy to have found her. I have been in counseling at many different stages of my life, and have many tools that allow me to often time overthink small and simple things. Rebecca has helped me get out of my own way, and transition during huge life changes (moving to a different city, finding a job(s), and getting married) that all came very abruptly. I continue to see Rebecca now to continue my growth, and ensure that I keep myself in check when it comes to being newly married. Dealing with all the adult stuff we all assume, but often times aren’t fully prepared for everything that happens. Thanks to Rebecca I feel like I have someone truly on my side.
