Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I was in a very dark place around December last year. I have gone through a lot of trauma with multiple close family deaths and other terrible incidents that happened all at the same time that I felt like drowning in my emotions and anxiety. If it wasn’t for Christina , I would not be where I am today…someone who is stronger and overcame her trauma and now has the tools to help deal with daily situations that in the past I didn’t know how to handle. She is an angel and I would recommend her to anyone in any situation!

Christina has truly been a godsend for me. I've only been working with her for a couple weeks so far, and already in our first two weeks of meetings and messaging I am noticing a great deal of healing. After both calls, I was in a much better place mentally and emotionally than I was beforehand, and left feeling hopeful, motivated, and supported. She offers a variety of tangible, actionable methods of healing and self-discovery for every challenge I'm experiencing. Her expertise and experience matches everything I've been needing to address in therapy. Not only has she provided me with useful tools to help manage symptoms of anxiety, excessive stress, sleep issues, ADHD, and depression, she has helped me address other aspects of my life that I've really been struggling with, from implementing a healthier lifestyle, setting SMART goals, creating routines, grief, trauma, etc. I am so grateful to have been matched with Christina, and truly look forward to continuing to heal and grow while working with her.
