Mike makes sure he understands what your concerns are before he starts to address them with you. He truly listens to understand. He is caring and understanding but is not afraid to tell you things that may be hard to hear. He never speaks out of judgement but as an unbiased listener that has a different perspective. He has always been respectful of my feelings, my time and my situation. He gives really valuable insight and is practical in his suggestions. I’m not saying it’s easy to dive in and get help, but it Is really beneficial to have a good solid counselor.
More about Michael

I am a mental health counselor originally from Nebraska and now living in Arizona. I have 20+ years of experience. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and low motivation. I have also helped people with addiction problems. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My counseling approach is from a Christian perspective, and that we need God in our lives for direction, guidance, and as a moral compass for making choices and decisions. If you feel this would not be a good fit for you, I certainly understand and wish you the best. Michael

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Practical and good with Scripture - has a good perspective on things.
If you want a good listener - someone who can understand and then identify where the priority is - this is the guy. He helps you understand what you can be doing in the next week to move your situation forward - increasing self awareness every step of the way.
Michael knows what he's doing. Everything is very professional, yet personal. After the introductions, it's basically like talking to a friend. He let's you know he cares and is willing to help out no matter what. He's smart. He has a good grasp on how to help. I didn't know going in if I was going to like or be comfortable with this, but I'm glad Michael was the one I was paired up with.
Michaels advice is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and spiritual in a practical manner. I would recommend him to anyone seeking counseling.
Michael has been very good to interact with. He has a great attitude and perspective. I never have felt like he is talking down to me, just with me. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.
It has only been a month since I started counseling; but thus far I am very pleased with Michael's attention, timely responses with emails and his initiative in making appointments.
GREAT!!
Mike was great! His humor is the best and the ability to weave in ways to equip you with unique skills is amazing. Conversations are always meaningful.
Michael was very insightful and humerous and patient and helped me through a diffucult transition. Great therapist great human being!
I've only had two sessions with Michael, but he's already identified a few things that I hadn't been able to. It's what I was hoping for since I think objectivity and perspective is are hard things to achieve when you're buried in your own trauma and turmoil. I'm grateful to be working with him.
Mike is really great! From the get go, I could tell that he very seriously tried to get to know me. He immediately started picking up on my habits and, if any needed work, he worked with me on options for correction. In our eight sessions, I have learned so many things that I will take with me for the remainder of my life. He was someone I felt very comfortable with (which is hard for me) and I am so thankful for that. I highly recommend Mike and hope you get to work with him as closely as I did!
Mike is great!
Asks the right questions and gives great feedback. Had lots of knowledge about my situation and provided relevant material. Very helpful and responsive.
Michael is a kind and professional person. He gets me out of my head and into my body where I hold my feelings hostage. I really like his smar and non-judgmental style!
Mike is the second counselor I have worked with from this platform. I connected with him much better than my first counselor, He is very good at getting to the heart of the matter, as well with offering advice on how to improve my own life outside of therapy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Christian centered wy of approaching the difficulties life throws your way.
Michael has been helping me talk through things that have been hard for me to let out. He listens and asks good questions as well as provides knowledge on how certain mental sicknesses work. He has been slowly helping me figure out the causes of my emotional problems and also helping me see a more clear path as to how to feel better.
Michael Arnold listens. When having conversations Michael insist that patients question their own actions. This is helpful because this tactic helps me look harder at myself and my problems. I'm usually left feeling silly at the moment. But after Michael interjects his realistic real-world insight his approach produces a self help mentality in me.
What I appreciate about Michael is his ability to challenge you and push you to actually do and not just theorize. He didn't coddle me and told me what I needed to hear. I don't think there are enough people like that anymore. I went from pretty depressed to really happy in a few months and he really helped me to change my mindset. I greatly enjoyed counseling with him and if I return I will do it with him.
I can’t really express how thankful I am for Michael. I had never had therapy before and he made me feel comfortable right away. We worked on coping mechanisms and getting to the root of my anxiety. In a relatively short period of time I am in a better place than I have been in months.
Michael has been a wonderful help to me and my personal issues. He's very understanding but extremely knowledgable about therapy and tries to find the best method to work with you. Excellent for first-time experiences and really tries to focus on you and what you as an individual need in order to get better.
Great counselor. Listens and always giving positive vibes and helping me push forward. Has helped me tremendously.
Michael is fantastic. A great listener and brings out what is the root of the problems. Thank you Michael
Michael is very understanding and assuring. His help is very much appreciated.
Michael Arnold hear me, understand me and make direction to accept my situation and accept me. Simple, effective :) Thanks Michael.
Michael is friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed our sessions.
Michael has been an amazing support for my spouse and I; he’s given us some invaluable tools for communication and helped us reconnect.
Great guy with a good heart. I feel he knows what he is doing. He’s already helped me quite a bit and we haven’t been talking that long. Highly recommend!
Overall Michael has helped me a ton and I wish I would have reached out for help sooner.
Michael is a great professional. Very patient, understanding and wise. He is the person I can share a lot of my personal feelings and experiences with. When we just started therapy, I had problems with procrastination, that as it turned out, were connected to low self esteem and wrong mindset. In almost two months we did a great progress that changed a lot in the way I look at things and now I'm much happier than before, enjoy my work and successfully make my own creative projects. Next time I will need therapy I will do it with Michael again.
Michael is fabulous to make you find and share your inner-parts. A great listener and has given me some sound advice for the future. Thank you.
